At Amazonia - World of Reptiles we have more than 70 species of reptiles maintained in a Jungle environment. Our policy is to educate our visitors that reptiles deserve their place on the planet, and our aim is to help people appreciate the value and role in maintaining a balanced and healthy world ecosystem.
Many people fear reptiles, and avoid them, or worse kill them on sight. Other species of wild reptiles are over exploited for food, the pet and leather trade. Our world will be poorer for every species of reptile that becomes extinct.
